The new Sitrans P300 pressure transmitter with stainless steel housing and measuring cell that is flush with the front panel is easy to clean and sterilize. The transmitter is suitable for process temperatures up to 392°F (200°C), and is available with the full range of sanitary connections in accordance with FDA, 3-A, and EHEDG recommendations. Common industrial process connections such as ½ NPT and ASME flanges are also available. The Sitrans P300 transmitter provides accurate and stable measurements with best-in-class performance of 0.075 percent accuracy and long-term drift of only 0.25 percent over five years.The Sitrans P300 instrument can be easily installed locally using three keys and a display. Comprehensive diagnostics and simulation functions permit quick and simple startup of measuring circuits to help avoid plant downtime. The pressure transmitter parameters can be set using Simatic PDM software and an integral Hart or Profibus-PA interface.
