Barry-Wehmiller Expands Electrical Control Panel Division

LOUIS — Sept. 27, 2006 — Joseph Wilhelm, Managing Partner of Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, Inc., has announced plans to expand the firm’s Electrical Manufacturing Division to provide advanced control panel solutions to a broad range of new clients. The company, now known as ControlTech Automation, Inc., is a world-class supplier of standardized and customized power distribution and electrical control panels.As a member of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc., ControlTech Automation operates independently, but it also serves the Design Group and other engineering consulting firms across the U.S. In addition to direct customer engagements, ControlTech is experiencing significant increased opportunities in the OEM market. ControlTech is equipped to design and produce control panels ranging from an individual machine center to a complete production facility.
