Pavilion boosts ethanol production at East Kansas Agri-Energy

East Kansas Agri-Energy deployed Pavilion's Dryer Application to optimize efficiency across production processes including the dryer and cook section of the plant's dry mill. Through this installation, Pavilion has enabled the plant to increase yield of dried distillers grain with solubles (DDGS) and wet distillers grain with solubles (WDGS). DDGS and WDGS are byproducts of ethanol production that are commonly sold as livestock feed and represent a significant source of revenue for ethanol manufacturers. Pavilion's solution also continuously stabilizes temperatures during production to reduce energy costs.
