COPENHAGEN, DENMARK, May 21, 2007 – Henrik F. Stoltenberg, 47, was appointed Group Executive Vice President, responsible for the daily operation of JAI A/S, and with focus on implementing the corporate strategy. He has been Chief Financial Officer and member of the management team in JAI since 2006. Henrik F. Stoltenberg will become member of the executive management of JAI A/S, which hereafter consists of Jørgen Andersen, CEO and Henrik F. Stoltenberg. Henrik F. Stoltenberg has, among other things, previously been finance director at Merkantildata A/S and Bruhn A/S. “It is with great pleasure that I can announce that Henrik F.
