GE Fanuc signs marketing agreement with Wipro Technologies

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA, JUNE 11, 2007 - GE Fanuc Automation entered into a Solution Provider go-to-market agreement with Wipro Technologies, the global IT services business of Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT). The two companies will work together globally to better serve manufacturing enterprises in the Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods industries with solutions in the Production Management area. This relationship will provide significant value to customers looking to integrate their Production Management and ERP systems by leveraging Wipro’s knowledge of GE Fanuc Production Management solutions and their expertise in ERP. “This is a significant step towards increasing reach as well as establishing complementary expertise in execution,” said Ed Martin, Chief Marketing Officer for GE Fanuc Automation. “Wipro Technologies is a well-respected provider of implementation services in Production Management.
