IFS and Tata form alliance for Asset and Service Management

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., June 29 - IFS is partnering with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). TCS has over 89,000 consultants in 47 countries. The alliance, which aims to generate new business in targeted industries, as well as support existing clients, has been driven by the adoption of a more agile approach in the implementation of IT projects by global enterprises.The partnership will primarily target the project-driven manufacturing, chemicals, energy, utilities, telecom, oil and gas industries, increasing IFS' ability to deliver its class-leading enterprise asset management and service management functionality to larger enterprises in North America.
