Semaphore launches Certified SCADA Integrator Program

Semaphore announces a new Certified Integrator Program for the Americas. The program applies to Semaphore's SCADA system and IP telemetry products. The purpose of this program is to partner with SCADA systems integration firms by providing a total packaged solution for sales and technical support of current projects as well as marketing their organizations for new business. The Semaphore Certified Integrator Program provides comprehensive training as well as a technical support program that is tailored to the needs of systems integrators. The program further provides SCADA integrators internal communications, placement on the Semaphore website, and participation in promotion campaigns. Semaphore offers a standard product kit, which includes all hardware and software necessary for applications development and demonstrations. Systems integrators are formally recognized and authorized to promote themselves as Semaphore Certified Integrators. In order to participate in the program, an integrator must be nominated by Semaphore's local Distribution Partner or by a member of Semaphore's Americas sales team. Another incentive for SCADA systems integrators to partner with Semaphore is the unique value proposition of the T-BOX RTU when compared to PLC-based RTU solutions for telemetry-based applications. T-BOX is a very cost effective solution for both end users and integrators alike and allows the integrator to differentiate its offering from the traditional PLC or RTU approach. T-BOX is the first IP-based telemetry solution that enables the complete integration of SCADA, control, and communications functionality in one rugged package. It leverages easy-to-use Web technologies and inexpensive public networks for decentralized, monitoring and control systems. T-BOX products offer up to 50% less total installed cost per point versus traditional SCADA/PLC systems and permit greater organizational access to data through automated reporting and browser software.
