Wilcoxon Research appoints James Lundy North American sales manager

April 23, 2009 - Wilcoxon Research announces the hiring of James Lundy to the position of North American Sales Manager. Lundy will work primarily with customers and sales channels in the U.S. and Canada.As Wilcoxon’s new North American Sales Manager, Lundy will support customers, key account, and sales channels across the US and Canada. He will assist customers by providing technical and product support, acting as their liaison to the rest of the company, and ensuring that sales channels meet the needs of Wilcoxon’s customers. Lundy will work from Wilcoxon’s office and manufacturing facility in Germantown, Maryland, USA.“James will play an important role in fulfilling our ongoing commitment to customer service,” said Tom Smith, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Wilcoxon Research. “Wilcoxon places an emphasis on customer support and sales, and having James as our North American Sales Manager will further that goal.”Lundy has extensive experience in the maintenance and reliability field and is a certified Level 3 Vibration Analyst. His work history includes over 10 years of experience with reliability and condition monitoring giants such as Timken and Ludeca, as well as Allied Services Group and Industrial Vibration Consultants, which specialize in predictive maintenance services. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and is also an active contributor to the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), of which Wilcoxon is a long-standing corporate member. In addition to his vibration monitoring experience, Lundy brings to Wilcoxon Research a breadth of condition monitoring know-how, including certifications in thermography, data analysis, lubrication and laser alignment.
