Dresser Masoneilan to supply valves to Korea nuclear plants

November 2, 2009 - Dresser Masoneilan has been named the preferred control valve supplier for Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power’s Shin Kori reactors currently under construction near Busan, South Korea. Shin Kori 3 and 4 are the first-ever installation of KHNP’s state-of-the-art APR1400 reactor design. When operational in 2013 and 2014, they will produce 1400 MWe each, making them two of the largest new nuclear power plants in the world.
