April 26, 2010 — A new digital tool helps make it faster and easier for consulting engineers to specify products and solutions from Rockwell Automation. The Heavy Industries Consultant Resource Catalog (CRC) helps reduce engineering time and costs for the consultant by providing the information and tools to help make the right product decisions and produce professional project procurement specifications. The catalog also helps consultants adhere to LEED requirements and specification standards in the Water Wastewater, Mining, Minerals and Cement, Oil and Gas, and Power Generation and Infrastructure industries.The more than 80 automation and control specification categories in the Consultant Resource Catalog help consultants choose solutions for:

    • Many of the specifications are written in the style and format of the industry-preferred Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) to make it quicker and easier for consultants to incorporate specification information into their own documents.
