ASCON opens office in Munich

December 13, 2010 - ASCON Group, developer and supplier of professional MCAD solution, KOMPAS-3D, opened a branch office in Munich, Germany. Now the company is even closer to its customers and partners in the German-speaking countries and the whole Europe.ASCON company was founded in 1989 in Russia and now operates more than 60 offices and dealer centers in major industrial regions worldwide. The new office in Munich is the first subsidiary of ASCON company in Europe. The new branch aims to execute the representative functions – to support the existing partners and customers in the region, as well as to boost and to grow corporate business in Germany. In strong cooperation with local partners, the new branch will provide a full range of services in consulting, personnel training and software implementation, integration and technical support. “Opening a subsidiary in Munich is a strategic decision for us – it is the first ASCON representative office in Europe. During the first years of our international project we got a positive feed back and interest in our software from German automotive, machinery and other branches. We started to work in that market through resellers and distributors, who supply and support our MCAD solutions on spots. But we wanted to be even closer to the local customers - for supporting their needs, for taking the immediate feed back about our products and for implementing user's wishes and suggestions as fast as possible. That's why opening an own branch is especially important for our international business development. After evaluating several places, Munich in the heart of the Europe was chosen as an ideal business location for the Bavarian, German and European markets development”, - commented Maxim Bogdanov, CEO of ASCON Group.
