Emerson acquires Innovative Control Systems

June 30, 2010 — Emerson Process Management acquired Clifton Park, N.Y.-based Innovative Control Systems Inc. (ICS), a leader in turbine control upgrades for power generation applications. The acquisition expands Emerson’s capabilities in the growing combustion turbine automation market.
