November 18, 2010 - Honeywell introduced a Test and Measurement website featuring easy-to-use product configuration and online ordering tools, simplified navigation, and a wealth of product information. Several feature-rich web tools have been designed into the website that will not only enable users to quickly find the test and measurement sensor products they need, and also configure and order online. For instance, the Find a Solution tool guides customers step-by-step to a specific model recommendation through a series of simple questions about their measurement or application needs. Once the base product is chosen, a series of range options can be added with the online configuration tool. Should the user find that the wide array of online choices still does not produce an exact fit, they can always contact Honeywell to discuss a customized solution to meet their specific application requirements. "When we designed Honeywell's new test and measurement website, we did so with one objective in mind; make it easier for our customers to do business with us. With that as our primary objective, we enhanced our product search capability and added product configuration as well as eCommerce." said Beth Wozniak, President, Honeywell Sensing & Control. "With just a few simple mouse-clicks, this new website can not only guide our customers through thousands of possible product solutions to the one that is right for them, but they will then be able to configure and order it online within a matter of minutes." Customers will find many other online tools to make researching and ordering test and measurement sensors easier, including Honeywell's popular Quick Ship program for fast delivery of some of the most popular products and configurations, online order status checking, access to online order history, and more.
