March 1, 2011 — CoActive Technologies announces the acquisition of Comax Industrial, a designer and manufacturer of switch products and assemblies. The acquisition of Comax complements and increases CoActive’s range of C&K switch products while strengthening its manufacturing and customer footprint in Asia. “We are pleased to have finalized the acquisition with Comax to complement the industry leading product offering from C&K Components.
