October 5, 2011 - Toshiba Surveillance & IP Video launched a new website that delivers faster, more detailed content and clearly defines Toshiba's advantages. The redesigned website embodies the technology leader's forward-thinking vision and commitment to the evolving needs of its security customers. For example, one of the site's key features is an Interactive IP Camera Accessory Selector that reinforces Toshiba's authority in network-centric video surveillance. The selector allows customers to instantly view, compare and shop for accessories to maximize the performance of Toshiba IP cameras, such as lenses, mounts and environmental enclosures. Created by Irvine, CA-based Studio 1 Interactive, the website offers improved organization and usability by leveraging the latest technologies and the global branding guidelines of Toshiba America, Inc. Visitors will experience easier navigation than the previous site, along with more efficient cues, a faster search function, and an overall content portfolio optimized to move fluidly throughout the site. Continuing with the Toshiba theme of educating the customer, there is also a new Industry Solutions section complete with self-learning resources and successful case studies. These resources also include a technical library with datasheets and white papers, Toshiba partner information, media resources and corp social responsibility, as well as a listing of sales offices and contacts.
