The joint Process Solutions Summit event is being held at Endress+Hauser‚Äôs new $16M Customer Center in Greenwood, Indiana, on September 11.
September 8, 2014 - Endress+Hauser and Rockwell Automation combine strengths to deliver a unique learning opportunity for their customers through a joint Process Solutions Summit event at Endress+Hauser’s new $16M Customer Center located at its US headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana. The Process Solutions Summit – hosted by Endress+Hauser and Rockwell Automation, and sponsored by George E. Booth and Company and Kirby Risk – provides customers with the ability to acquire hands-on training through sessions and labs, exchange innovative ideas, and learn best practices about complete process automation solutions amongst peers and industry leaders. Participation in the Process Solutions Summit is free for attendees. Training is facilitated inside Endress+Hauser’s new, state-of-the-art Customer Center Process Training Unit® (PTU) – a fully functional “Mini Process Plant” with over 120 Endress+Hauser field instruments controlled by a Rockwell Automation PlantPAx®. The Customer Center greets visitors with a top-notch certified training facility with multiple classrooms and its largest yet PTU located right at Endress+Hauser’s US manufacturing headquarters. The Customer Center’s PTU is unique in that it is the first to feature full tank gauging solutions, WiFi network for wireless device access to PTU network, flowmeters with Heartbeat Technology, separate oil/water column to demonstrate interface measurement, server “phone home” feature for 99.99999% up-time availability and many more unique features.
