November 7, 2014 – FDI Cooperation, FieldComm Group and Profibus & Profinet International jointly announce the strategy on providing FDI Technology to the market and secure the future development and maintenance of FDI. The FieldComm Group is to be the new home of FDI technology starting in close cooperation with PI International with the distribution of FDI tools for FF, HART, PROFIBUS and PROFINET protocols in the first quarter of 2015. In mid 2015, the FDI Cooperation, LLC will be dissolved and FDI Technology be continued in FieldComm Group.
