HANNOVER MESSE USA 2018 to showcase fluid power industry at Integrated Automation, Motion & Drives USA

July 26, 2018  – The Integrated Automation, Motion & Drives USA (IAMD USA) trade show at HANNOVER MESSE USA 2018 will showcase how the fluid power industry has evolved, merging digital capabilities into hydraulic & pneumatic components and systems.  Launched at HANNOVER MESSE 2018 in Hannover, Germany, the IAMD event supports the latest advancements in the fluid power industry by demonstrating digitally connected fluid power products to international distributors and system integrators. IAMD USA co-located with IMTS 2018 will showcase these new industrial hydraulic & pneumatics products to North American manufacturers and equipment distributors who attend the trade show in Chicago this September. IAMD USA will feature a host of connected linear motion and gear technology; hydraulic pumps, motors, drive units, and actuators; hydraulic assemblies and systems; hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves; control and regulation systems; sensors and monitoring devices on the show floor.

During IAMD USA 2018, ARGO-HYTOS Group will showcase its oil condition technology for predictive maintenance. The company’s connected particle measurement detectors, counters and oil condition monitors identify problems and reduce downtime on the factory floor. Additionally, the company’s digitized sensors can detect changes, wear and damage.

ARGO-HYTOS will launch its EXAPOR MAX 2 hydraulic filtration element technology for the wind power industry at IAMD USA and will demonstrate its OBE (On-Board Electronics) proportional valve technology to correct nonlinear behavior of valves.

Bansbach Easylift will showcase its easyE-line of electric linear actuators. The linear layout of the motor, gear and spindle in the easyE line, provide a slim design for installation. These actuators fit into applications with outer diameters of 35, 50 and 60 mm. Synchronized adjustment and battery powered mobility also are options. An application of the easyE actuator in the automotive industry is the special handbrake function in handicap-friendly cars. The actuator can withstand specific temperatures and is connected to an AMP switch.

HYDAC Technology Corporation plans to launch products at the IAMD USA 2018 trade show, including its electronic pressure switch EDS 820 with IO-Link communication interface. The EDS 820 is an electronic pressure switch for relative pressure measurement in the high-pressure range. The device has two PNP transistor switch outputs, one of which can serve as the IO communication output. The IO-Link interface enables bidirectional communication between the device and the control, offering parameterization and cyclical transmission of process and service data.

HYDAC Technology will also showcase HYDACLab HLB1400 for oil aging/oil condition, Aqua sensor-AS 1000 for  humidity temperature in oil, HPT 500 for differential pressure transmitters and ETS 3200 compact electronic temperature switch with a 4-digit display that has an integrated 18 mm temperature probe and can be screwed directly inline or into a hydraulic block. ETS 3200 offers different output models with one or two switching outputs, optionally with an additional analog output signal for a variety of applications.
