This robust AMR is designed to streamline operations by autonomously lifting and transporting pallets up to 1 ton (1,000 kg) with precision and efficiency. Equipped with advanced 3D LiDAR sensors and cameras for dynamic navigation, the Sherpa Pallet Mover minimizes manual labor and accelerates order fulfillment while seamlessly integrating with existing workflows.
 
Automate 2025 also marks the launch of Ati Motors’ newest innovation—the Sherpa 10K. Specifically designed for the U.S. market, this heavy-duty AMR addresses a critical need in material handling by effortlessly transporting trolley payloads up to 10,000 lb (4,600 kg). As an enhanced version of the Sherpa XT robot, the Sherpa 10K combines rugged durability with cutting-edge technology to meet the growing demand for high-payload solutions in industrial environments. Featuring natural navigation capabilities that eliminate infrastructure changes, compatibility with legacy systems and limited competition in this space, the Sherpa 10K sets a new standard for efficiency in automation.
 
Also on display, the Sherpa Lifter offers unparalleled versatility for material handling, capable of transporting pallets, trolleys, racks and magazines across manufacturing facilities. Its customizable design supports tunneling, lifting and roller-top applications, making it adaptable to diverse operational needs. As the world’s first lifter with a dual 3D LiDAR-based natural navigation system for precise movement and obstacle avoidance, the Sherpa Lifter ensures reliability in tight spaces while maintaining a lifting capacity of up to 2,200 lb (1,000 kg).
 
Lastly, the Sherpa XT Lite stands out as a rugged electric tug designed for trolley payloads up to 3,300 lb (1,500 kg). This AMR integrates effortlessly with existing trolley systems, enabling smooth operations without workflow disruptions. Its compact design supports indoor and outdoor use while offering advanced features such as auto un-hitch functionality and obstacle avoidance. With a swappable 48V NMC Lithium-Ion battery system allowing extended runtime across multiple shifts, the Sherpa XT Lite embodies efficiency and reliability.
 
All four products showcased by Ati Motors are Industry 4.0 ready and integrate seamlessly with factory management systems (MIS) and warehouse management systems (WMS). These robots also feature VDA 50-50 communication standard and Ati Motors’ Fleet Manager provides comprehensive control and optimization.
