Fluke Networks Mark Mullins Named 2024 Recipient of BICSI’s Harry J. Pfister Award

Presented by BICSI, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) professional association, this prestigious award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the telecommunications industry through leadership, innovation and dedication.
 
Mullins has been a pivotal figure in the ICT industry for more than 30 years. As a founding member of Fluke Networks, he has driven innovation in network testing and led the Fluke Networks Certified Cabling Test Technician program, which has certified over 10,000 technicians worldwide, equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills to excel in the field.
 
In addition, Mullins has been an advocate for industry best practices, delivering presentations on topics such as application and network analysis, Wi-Fi technology and troubleshooting. His efforts have also supported BICSI’s mission, including promoting its credentials, developing coursework, supporting the Cabling Skills Challenge and spearheading an annual survey highlighting the value of the RCDD certification.
