Metaphase to Showcase Various Advanced LED Illumination Technologies at Automate 2025

May 1, 2025 - Metaphase Lighting Technologies, a leader in advanced LED illumination for machine vision and imaging applications, will be at Automate in Detroit, Michigan, from May 12 to 15 to showcase its products.

Metaphase will highlight its newly redesigned and rebranded RBL bar light (pictured above) at Automate 2025. Metaphase designed the light source to deliver high-intensity output for IP69K-rated environments. The RBL LED bar light delivers reliable, high-intensity illumination in a rugged IP69K-rated housing for machine vision systems targeting food and pharmaceuticals.

The company will also showcase the latest design of its UB-LL LED line light. Delivering up to 2.5 million lux in a narrow, structured beam of high-intensity illumination, the UB-LL is the brightest passively cooled line light available on the market today. The UB-LL ultra-bright LED line light delivers 2.5 million lux and uniform illumination for demanding machine vision applications.

Metaphase plans to show off the redesign of its exceptionally versatile and easily mounted TX ISO bar light. Available in lengths measuring from 3 inches to more than 10 feet, the LED illuminator delivers highly uniform bright light and easy mounting for a wide range of machine vision applications.

The ability of the TX ISO to deliver uniform illumination along any length helps eliminate the poor contrast, hot spots, and dark areas in captured images that can compromise inspection accuracy. This ensures excellent image quality in vision applications that require consistent results in a wide field of view, such as inspection of high-speed webs, flat panel displays, or solar panels.
