Change Within the Endress+Hauser Executive Board

A change is occurring within the Executive Board of the Endress+Hauser Group. Chief Sales Officer Nikolaus Krüger (pictured left) is retiring at the age of 63 at the end of the year. He will be succeeded effective Jan. 1, 2023 by 54-year-old Laurent Mulley (pictured right), to date the managing director of Endress+Hauser France.

“Nikolaus Krüger has shaped our sales and service organization over a long period of time and as a result contributed significantly to Endress+Hauser’s market success,” said Matthias Altendorf, CEO of the Group. “We thank him for his loyalty and commitment.”
 
Nikolaus Krüger, a trained industrial mechanic, started his career at Endress+Hauser Germany in 1988. While working, he acquired several important skills in marketing and sales and successfully completed management trainings in Germany and abroad. He moved to the holding company in Reinach in 1999 and assumed responsibility for marketing. He has been a member of the Executive Board responsible for the worldwide sales and service organization since 2008.  Nikolaus Krüger is married and has two sons. He devotes his leisure time to family, friends, sports and magic.


Internal succession plan

Laurent Mulley will assume responsibility for the sales and service organization and its more than 6,000 employees around the world effective January 2023. In this role he reports to Chief Operating Officer Dr Andreas Mayr. “Laurent Mulley possesses a broad professional background, a strong sales orientation and is extremely familiar with the world of Endress+Hauser,” said Dr. Andreas Mayr. “As Chief Sales Officer he will provide new impulses while ensuring continuity.”
 
Laurent Mulley holds degrees in physics, as well as marketing and sales. He also completed MBA programs at the ICN Business School Nancy and the EM Strasbourg Business School while working. He joined Endress+Hauser France in 2012 and took over as managing director in 2016 where he successfully developed the Sales Center. Laurent Mulley is married and has four children. He devotes his free time to sports and is interested in culture and the arts.
