KUKA Robotics to Demonstrate Innovative Automation Solutions at Robonumérique Lévis 2025

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Oct. 9, 2025 – KUKA Robotics will demonstrate a variety of advanced automation technologies at Robonumérique Lévis, taking place from Nov. 4-5 at the Lévis Convention Center in Lévis, Quebec, Canada. The company will be displaying its innovative solutions throughout the event, including a joint demonstration with Official KUKA System Partner OptiMach, live operation of a KMP 600P autonomous mobile robot (AMR), solutions for robotics education and interactive displays of next-generation iiQKA.OS software and digital tools engineered to make automation easier.

KUKA and System Partner OptiMach will present a live smart welding demonstration via a KR CYBERTECH nano robot, enhanced with real-time vision and Artificial Intelligence (AI), combined with virtual scanning for analyzing parts and automatically adjusting welding paths. As a plug-and-play solution, the industrial robotic cell requires no coding, programming or CAD drawing, ensuring accessibility for all skill levels. Once specific parameters have been input, the cell performs welding automatically, regardless of the relative positioning of the parts.

An ideal solution for optimization of intralogistics systems, the KMP 600P AMR provides efficient transport of materials up to 600 kg and excels in navigation of tight production environments. The KMP 600P will be in operation in the room 101A, interacting with fixtures and obstacles found in real-world settings.

Interactive displays will provide information on the latest generation KUKA automation technologies, including the iiQWorks digital engineering suite, iiQKA.OS2 operating system and KR C5 micro-2 ultra-thin controller. Visitors to the KUKA booth will have the opportunity to learn about the arc_cellerate cell, KUKA’s latest production cell that standardizes and simplifies entry into robotic arc welding.

KUKA will also showcase solutions for robotics education, including the ready2_educate mobile training cell operating with KUKA.SmartBinPicking software, and a separate LBR iisy cobot equipped with an education kit for the teaching of simple robotic tasks.

All KUKA automation solutions, including those being shown at Robonumérique Lévis, are backed by the company’s expert service and support for training, complete system engineering and simulation, readily available spare parts and robot refurbishments. These services are instantly accessible via the my.KUKA.com site. KUKA provides responsive customer service and support through corporate offices, production operations and integration partner facilities strategically located throughout North America.
