Intelligent Assistant is encoded within OnBoard’s existing gold-standard Microsoft Azure foundation and utilizes the Microsoft-OpenAI partnership to provide a chat-like experience for boards and their organizations. Uniquely, Intelligent Assistant is available within OnBoard’s existing compliance-focused framework, which includes continual certifications for SOC II Type 2, ISO-27001 and 27701, GDPR and HIPAA.
By utilizing OnBoard Intelligent Assistant, any organization can have fully secure, seamless access to the powerful benefits of artificial intelligence that completely reimagines board collaboration software. OnBoard Intelligent Assistant provides security, confidentiality and compliance that is fully standalone, ring-fenced and disconnected from larger publicly available AI models.
OnBoard Intelligent Assistant capabilities offer contextually aware AI insights and board information based on each organization’s unique regulatory profile, enabling better-informed analysis and decision-making. For example, a director serving a public company board with articles of incorporation in Delaware can query the tool and receive responses that consider the unique profile of that regulatory environment, including director duties and obligations, risk analysis, compliance requirements and more.
Intelligent Assistant’s context-aware modeling and generative responses can also be used for accurate summarization of each board’s unique materials, presentations, policies, minutes, agendas and much more–all within a private, fully secure and confidential environment. Administrators can also use granular controls to restrict access and compartmentalize information on a user-by-user or group-by-group basis, ensuring confidentiality for sensitive board materials such as executive compensation committee reports.
