The back-lit display is pre-set with eight different languages with visual icons, and Bluetooth® connectivity broadcasts encrypted data from transmitters to communication devices ten times faster. Exposure of the device electronics to the environment is eliminated since there’s no need to remove device covers, and the free AMS Device Configurator app identifies devices needing attention for quicker troubleshooting.

User interfaces are easier than ever to navigate with the Rosemount™ 3051 Pressure Transmitter through a new setup overview screen that puts all of the most common configuration items in a single place. Built-in, device-led instructions guide staff through verifications, calibrations, and safety proof tests. A common look and feel provides an identical experience regardless of how devices are accessed.

This new design allows specific configurations for level and flow as well as volume measurements for both common and customized tank styles. Continuously monitor for plugged impulse lines and rely on electrical loop diagnostics to detect and alert for corroded wiring, water in the housing, and unstable or power supply failures.
