KELLER America offers the most versatile line of NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 compliant level and pressure instruments that have been rigorously tested for safety in municipal drinking water applications.
KELLER Pressure transmitters combine proven piezoresistive silicon sensor technology with microprocessor-based conditioning circuitry to provide superior Total Error Band (TEB) accuracy over temperature. The drinking water-approved pressure transmitters include:
KELLER’s Econoline is an outstanding low-cost, multipurpose pressure transmitter optimized for large-scale production and a large selection of available pressure ranges and electrical configurations with 4-20mA output.
The Valueline pressure transmitter provides significantly higher accuracy and flexibility, with infinite custom ranges up to 15,000 psi and multiple output options including industry standard 4-20mA, 0-5 VDC, and 0-10VDC analog outputs.
The Preciseline offers the same accuracy options as the Valueline, but also provides dual outputs, one analog and one RS485 digital. This digital connection allows users to connect their instrument to a PC running KELLER software for in-situ testing, logging, and rescaling of the analog output.
And finally, the Preciseline SDI is a fully digital version of the Preciseline offering either RS485 or SDI-12 output. This version can be calibrated to the optional USGS OSW Crest Stage Gauging-compliant accuracy.
For submersible level transmitters, KELLER’s NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 options include:
The Levelgage is KELLER’s general purpose submersible, offering 1% FS TEB accuracy for pressure ranges up to 900 feet of water. It offers your choice of 4-20mA, 0-5VDC, or 0-10VDC output signals, and can be used in applications ranging from water storage to wastewater.
KELLER’s Acculevel is a high accuracy level transmitter. Like the Levelgage, it is available in ranges up to 900 feet of water, but provides up to 0.1% FS TEB accuracy and includes the dual (one analog + 1 RS485) outputs and PC connectivity options. It is also available in an SDI-12 version (Acculevel SDI), and is available in USGS OSW-compliant accuracy.
The Microlevel is the smallest diameter, fully-media isolate level transmitter available. It combines the same accuracy and capability as the Acculevel, but in a small Ø16mm housing, allowing it to be installed in applications where space is at a premium.
The Valueline, Preciseline, Preciseline SDI, Levelgage, Acculevel, Acculevel SDI, and Microlevel all include KELLER’s internal lightning protection circuitry. This feature is included at no additional cost and carries a lifetime warranty against damage. All of these instruments are manufactured at KELLER America’s Virginia facility and typically ship in 3 business days.
