LAS VEGAS - July 17, 2025 - Antaira has introduced an 18-port managed Gigabit Ethernet switch catering to the high-reliability requirements of harsh industrial settings. Housed in an IP67 metal enclosure with ultra-secure M12 connectors, the LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-110-T light layer 3 switch elevates network performance through its large port count, 802.3at/af PoE, and Gigabit transmission speed, while ensuring uninterrupted operations critical to data-intensive processing operations.
The LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-110-T supports flexibility and future-proof scalability with its mix of sixteen 10/100/1000 Base-T(X) Ethernet ports capable of delivering up to 30W PoE+ per port, along with two 1G/10G SFP fiber slots for long distance connectivity. Unlike standard switches with RJ45 ports, it is hardened by M12 X-coded vibration-resistant ports, ensuring robust data and power transmission in environments subject to dust, water, mechanical stress, and extreme temperatures.
Among its industrial-grade features, the LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-110-T ensures continuous operation through its dual input power redundancy, and by incorporating the G.8032 ERPS v2 protocol providing <50ms recovery time to the network if a link or node fails. Bypass functionality prevents a single point of failure from breaking the communication chain. It can also operate under an extended temperature range from -40°C to 70°C, making it suitable for material processing, energy production, chemical manufacturing or other applications with adverse temperatures.
The LMP-1802G-M12-10G-SFP-67-110-T places an emphasis on establishing the most manageable, secure network environment. Enterprises benefit from an innovative and robust feature set including: multi-user accounts with different levels of access privileges, IGMP multicast protocol, GVRP VLAN management protocol, QoS, SNMP network management protocol, RADIUS and TACACS+ authentication, SSH and SSL cryptographic protocols, and IP source guard.
