August 6, 2018 - The Edgetech Instruments AcuDew is a two wire, loop powered aluminum oxide moisture transmitter with dry ranges, Field Span Verification and an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 calibration certificate.
The AcuDew is available with several optional display modules. It has a loop powered, local, plug-in dew/frost point module, the AD-LPD. This module plugs into the cable connector of the AcuDew for a truly local display. The AcuDew’s 4 to 20 mA loop is fed through the AD-LPD module. The module’s orientation is adjustable allowing it to be rotated for viewing angle. The AD-LPD has a 2¼ inch dial with a four-digit LED display, tailoring it for local viewing. The AcuVu 100 is a digital panel meter that combines 4 to 20 mA input signal capability with a 24 Vdc power supply. The AcuVu 100 also provides two fully programmable alarm relays and an optically isolated, retransmitted 4 to 20 mA analog output signal. The front panel has a large, 4-digit LED display and two alarm indicator LED’s, and is rated for NEMA 4X (IP65) ingress protection. The AcuTrak 1000 is an analyzer display module equipped with an onboard feature allowing the calculation of equivalent dew/frost point or PPMv, based on a user programmable constant pressure. It combines a 4 to 20 mA input signal with a RS485 digital output and a 24 Vdc power supply. The AcuTrak 1000 also provides two fully programmable alarm relays and an optically isolated, retransmitted 4 to 20 mA analog output signal. The front panel incorporates a large, 5-digit LED display with two alarm indicator LED’s and is rated for water spray NEMA 3 (IP54) ingress protection.
Each AcuDew Moisture Transmitter is delivered with an ISO/IEC 17025 certificate of calibration, traceable to NIST. The AcuDew is calibrated and supported in the USA, in a ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited calibration laboratory located in an ISO 9001:2015 registered facility.
