April 13, 2015 - DFI Introduces HU Series low-power industrial boards including 4 industrial motherboards, 2 embedded SBCs, and 1 COM Express Compact. These boards based on 4th generation Intel Core processor U series not only offer significantly lower power consumption compared to previous generations but also deliver huge improvements in CPU capability, graphics, security, and I/O flexibility. All advantages let ultra-low power boards accommodate to a wide range of embedded applications, especially small footprint and 24-hour operating applications such kiosks, industrial automation, power & energy, and gaming.

•  SoC design provides low-power consumption at only 15W TDP
•  Lower cost than Mobile platform but offers similar performance
•  Supports upgraded iAMT9.5 and RAID as the QM series of Mobile Platform
