June 3, 2014 - Ingenia announces i116-CBC, an ultra-miniature, high performance DC servo drive in less than 9 cm3. Offering up to 100 W of peak power without any additional heat-sink and with a single power supply, it combines controller, drive and stand-alone capability into a single unit. It can control brushless AC motors and linear voice coils in torque/force, position and velocity profile.
- Compact and lightweight
- Single power supply
- No heat-sink needed
- HDI PCB and high flexibility board
- Programmable motion controller
- Digital and analog command source
- Ability to switch between motion odes
With a special folding and PCB technology, this micro drive has been designed to fit different geometries in embedded applications with limited space where ordinary products are unsuitable: Robotics, Lab Automation, Medical, Optics, Electric Mobility or Integrated motors and actuators.
