The Partlow MRC range of chart recorders includes MRC5000, MRC7000, MRC8000 and MRC9000.

MRC5000
The Partlow MRC 5000 circular chart recorder was designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. It is a compact recorder, with a 2.5" panel depth and short 1.3" protrusion from the front panel. The Partlow MRC 5000 circular chart standard recorder comes with a NEMA 3 rating.
The MRC 5000 circular chart recorder is capable of measuring, recording, and controlling up to two process variables from a variety of inputs. Two basic versions of the Partlow MRC 5000 circular chart recorder are available for trend recording – one or two pens.
The Partlow MRC 5000 circular chart recorder is ideal for basic digital recording applications with shallow depth panel requirements.

MRC7000
The Partlow MRC 7000 circular chart recorder is a microprocessor with the ability to measure, display, record and control up to two process variables from a variety of inputs such as; temperature, pressure, level, and flow.
There are three options available for MRC7000; a reliable 10" circular chart recorder, a powerful recording controller or a versatile recording profile controller.

MRC8000
The MRC8000 recorder provides the highest resolution and accuracy in a recorder of this type. This is through the incorporation of optional isolated 4–20mA outputs. There are anumber of other additional enhancements over the MRC7000. One of these new features is a larger 12” recording area. The MRC8000 offers greater reliability through its advanced platen assembly, which removes slide wire feedback.
There are two variations of the MRC8000 available, a basic recorder and a recording controller. Both of which can measure, record and display temperature, pressure, level, flow and other process variables. They can be used with either single pen or dual pen units.

MRC9000
The MRC9000 from Partlow (VersaChart) is designed to serve demanding applications where a high performance recorder/controller with custom ramp/soak capability is required.
MRC9000 creates a four colour circle chart with alpha/numeric chart characters for clear, accurate and readable charts, suitable for archiving. MRC9000 is the only circle chart recorder to deliver up to 16 Profiles with up to 8 segments per profile. The profiling feature provides closed loop PID process control with the added capability of configurable setpoints as a function of time. Additionally, the profile feature includes actuators, parameters and a function block feature permitting logic equations.
PC configuration software is available for MRC9000 which allows for a quick and easy set up. There is also a recovery feature in the software which enables users to set actions in the advent of power loss, preventing unnecessary process cycling. Finally, a guaranteed soak feature assures that the actual process variable during soak is within a preselected tolerance for the soak time to increase product quality and prevent waste/loss.
