Clark announces FSI-T00 Flow Sensors

April 10, 2012 - Clark Solutions announces FSI-T00 Flow Sensors, constructed with a high density polyethylene impeller, Type 1 PVC sensor housing, a tungsten carbide impeller shaft, and BUNA-N O-ring, these flow sensors would be an excellent choice for water treatment systems, water dispensing, cooling loops, irrigation systems, large scale aquariums, and many other applications. FSI-T00 Flow Sensors feature a molded mounting tee which provides improved control of dimensions for a more consistent measurement and improved performance at low flow rates. To enable easy servicing, all FSI-T00 Flow Sensors utilize a threated retaining nut instead of the typical retaining pin. This unique retaining nut design makes FSI-T00 Flow Sensors more moisture-resistant, giving the sensors electronics a longer service life. FSI-T00 Flow Sensors also feature a unique four-bladed lightweight impeller enabling these flow sensors to detect flow rates as low as 20% of the published minimum flow rates of competitive impeller type sensors. Signal output for FSI-T00 sensors is a square wave digital signal proportional to flow. The output signal duplicates existing impeller flow sensor signal technology, making the FSI-T00 Sensor compatible with all manufacturers’ control products. FSI-T00 Flow Sensors provide a pulse signal output that will travel up to 2,000 feet without amplification.
