September 10, 2012 - Habey introduces BIS-6632A small form factor embedded system . This Intel Atom D2550 based system has 6 COM ports, dual Intel Gigabit Ethernet ports, two PCIe slots with SIM option, and POE (Power Over Ethernet) capability. The BIS-6632A is a small footprint system based on Thin Mini-ITX form factor that has become popular and standardized as of late. It supports dual independent displays using the integrated GMA 3650 via VGA/DVI-D and HDMI outputs. In addition to dual Intel NICs, the system also includes two mini PCIe slots and one SIM slot to accommodate any additional cellular and wireless network modules. Additionally, six COM ports and four USB ports are accessible from the I/O panel. This is particularly useful for additional interface add-ons and attachments.
The system has one DDR3 SO-DIMM slot and is powered by 12V DC. One of the Ethernet ports of this fanless PC can be converted to pin header. This allows it to be configured for POE applications with an optional power module for OEM orders. The BIS-6632A’s fanless, I/O rich, easy drive bay access design makes it perfect for digital signage, building automation, and other embedded and industrial applications. Product Features:
