ICONICS updates Energy AnalytiX energy management software

February 9, 2012 - ICONICS released Energy AnalytiX version 10.61, a complete solution for industrial operations which require the monitoring of energy cost, consumption and carbon into the environment. Enhancements include:

Energy AnalytiX is an off-the-shelf Energy Management System (EMS) that focuses on energy data analysis to increase efficiency and reduce overall operational costs. It greatly improves visibility into energy usage patterns, energy reliability, and assists in forecasting energy consumption. Operators of manufacturing and process plants, utilities and commercial or government buildings, have a smart, Web-based energy solution that is easy to apply, configure and operate. Built on OPC, OPC UA, BACnet, Modbus and SNMP communication standards, Energy AnalytiX universal platform data connectivity substantially shorts the time to integrate a wide variety of meters, PLCs, DCSs and control systems.

Energy AnalytiX provides an easy-to-deploy calculation, aggregation, analysis and visualization toolset that delivers the information facility managers need to take decisive action, to reduce and manage utility costs and to minimize carbon footprints. Users gain insight into energy consumption and access KPIs and information from the office, home or phone, via the latest Web 2.0, Microsoft SharePoint and Silverlight technologies. Reports can be scheduled based on Date, Time, Value, Alarms or on User Ad-hoc Requests. Operators can be notified of energy issues via SMS, Email, or Phone Alerts.
