Our intelligent remote I/O has built-in analog functions that are handled locally. Opto 22 knows analog. We introduced the first analog I/O for a PC-based control system in 1983 and called it Optomux. We've been making reliable, industrial analog I/O ever since. Transformer isolated and optically isolated from the field side to the control side, analog IO4AB is designed for harsh environments. Each module contains 2 to 32 points of I/O. Since each point is software configurable, a small number of modules can handle a wide range of inputs. Analog IO4AB is available in many signal types:
