Nexcom introduces NISE 100 embedded computer

October 26, 2009 - Nexcom presents a small and light fan-less computer for control and automation applications. The NISE 100, weighing only 4 lbs, is a low cost fan-less industrial computing system housed in a tiny 7.28"(W) x 5.2"(D) x1.97"(H) aluminum chassis. Powered by the NISE 100 is powered by an energy-efficient Intel Atom N270 1.6GHZ processor with 533MHz FSB and 945GSE embedded chipset, the NISE 100 three COM ports, GbE LAN port and one DVI-I output. The automation computer leveraging a fan-less box design with no internal cabling is particularly attractive for embedded applications, for the reason that the dust-free and engineering-free system literally cuts maintenance cost and can support 24/7 operation. Wide operating temperature ranges from 23°F to 131°F. With all the benefits of small dimension, light weight and reliability, the NISE 100 is highly recommended for system control, data processing and automation applications.Applications:
