Pneumatic Tubing: Polyurethane and High Pressure Nylon
Polyurethane tubing is made from the highest quality, 100% virgin raw materials available and has a hardness specification of Shore A 98. It is ether-based to provide excellent hydrolysis, oil and cold resistance. NITRA ether polyurethane tubing is strong, flexible and offers superior kink resistance compared to other flexible pneumatic hoses.Features:
- Inch and metric tubing sizes available
- Three colors black, blue and clear polyurethane tubing
- 100 foot and 500 foot package sizes
- Shore A 98 hardness
- Strong, flexible and kink resistant
- Made in USA
- Inch and metric tubing sizes available
- Three colors natural, black, blue nylon tubing
- 100 foot and 500 foot package sizes
- High working pressure and temperature/chemical resistance
- Made in the USA
Both fittings and flow-control valves are made of a strong thermoplastic (PBT) with stainless steel tube gripping claws. Threaded components are made of nickel-plated brass and have pre-applied Teflon thread sealant. Features:
NITRA Push-to Connect Fittings:
- Available in 21 different styles including straight, elbow, tee and wye styles
- Designed to withstand working pressures of -29.5 Hg to 150 psi and a working temperature range of 32° to 140°F
- The bodies of elbow and tee union fittings with threaded connections can be rotated after installation to allow for variation in piping direction.
NITRA Flow Control Valves:
- Elbow Meter-in , meter-out and in-line pneumatic flow valve configurations
- Inch and metric flow control valve sizes available
- NPT and BSPT (R) threads available
- Tough thermoplastic bodies, stainless steel tube gripping claws, nickel-plated threads with pre-applied Teflon sealant (O-ring on #10-32 and M5 threads)
- Air control valve bodies can be rotated after installation
- Release rings are color coded to differentiate between meter-in and meter-out
- For use with air pneumatics only.
- Working pressure: -29.5 Hg to 150 psi.
