October 20, 2008 – Parker’s Electromechanical Automation Division releases HD Industrial Grade positioners. The HD-N offers superior bending moment of inertia for high rigidity and minimal deflection; lubricated-for-life, maintenance-free bearings and ball screws for lower total cost of ownership; easy-to-select custom motor mounts for Parker and non-Parker motors (inline and parallel orientations); and highly configurable solutions with short lead times and standard part numbers. The new HD-N series complements the Parker line of screw-driven linear positioners. Now the low-cost PROmech, XE Series and the HD Industrial Grade positioners round out the screw-driven, low-cost automation solutions, while the HD Standard grade, XR Standard grade and XR Precision grade complete the screw-driven, precision-grade portfolio.
