PT introduces LPC load cells for industrial weighing

February 1, 2009 - PT Ltd. introduced its LPCS (Stainless Steel) & LPCH (Alloy Steel) load cells up to 100T capacity.Offered in quality IP67 sealed model LPCS & LPCH has impressive specifications. Technical Features:-

  • High accuracy Stainless Steel / Alloy Steel
  • PT temperature compensated
  • Performance from 0.03%
  • Eccentric load compensated
  • Low deflection
  • Operating temp range -35~65C
  • Compensated temp range -10~50C
  • Safe load 150% of capacity
  • Tension and Compression
  • Counterbored mounting holes
  • Compact size
  • Standard IP67 M12 sensor connectorCommercial Features:-
  • The LPCS & LPCH has 6 wire Cables. The 2 extra wires are for sensing the voltage at the load cell. This means that you can cut the cable or lengthen the cable without any problems. This can not be done with 4 wires.
  • 3 Years of warranty
  • All our load cells comes with a calibration test certificate as proof of accuracy and all load cell out puts are matched. This eliminates time consuming and costly alignment.
  • We use a modern new technology in our cable entry to further improve otherwise the weak link in many other load cells against leakage of moisture and water.
  • Immensely strong and robust construction with high overload capacity.
  • Cost Effective compare to the old version.
  • Serving the International Weighing Industry since 1976
  • Exporting to around 160 Countries around the World. The New LPCS & LPCH are used in many industries for Weighing, Testing and Measurement applications. They are commonly used for Material Testing Machines, large numbers are used in the Automotive and Aerospace industries and they are favorites with the engine testing and crash lab industrial sector. Other common applications include, Manufacture Assembly Systems, Machine Tools and Presses, Tank and Hopper weighing, Cranes, Medical, Conveyors, Cable tension monitoring, Process control, Textile Fiber tension, Power Control, Electric Motors, Transmissions, Oil Well measurements and many more.
