Nubitek_Email library for STEP7-MicroWIN enables the Siemens S7-200 to send e-mail reports via GPRS. Nubitek_Email v1.3 new version is available from February 2008 and includes the following features:

  • Detailed reports of production and status on your email box.
  • Supervision and monitoring of remote stations.
  • Includes SMS sending feature for urgent alarms.Nubitek Email is a software solution for effective management and maintenance of remote facilities with control based on the Siemens S7-200. It allows the PLC to:
  • Send email reports for monitoring and supervising.
  • Send SMS messages direct to the mobile phone for alerts and alarms that require an urgent response
  • Manage teleservice to facilitate access by the remote maintenance of the facility.The user can apply Nubitek Email for:
  • Receiving email milestone maintenance or production data, which can inlude complete reports with all relevant information and process variables (up to 1500 user defined characters).
  • Maintenance: receive SMS installation alarms and connect via teleservice to resolve incidents remotely.The programmer can use Nubitek Email easily within any S7-200 control project. As an integrated library STEP7-MicroWIN, you can use email communication functions in the same way as standard S7-200 functions. It is extremely easy to use:
  • To send an email, just define the contents and the recipients in the data block. A special feature lets you create up to 1500 characters of customised text for the email, with automatic insertion of all necessary variables.
  • Reliability: The buffer insures the shipment of all email and / or SMS alarms, in a transparent manner. All simultaneous transmissions are managed by the buffer, and unsuccessful transmissions are re-sent automatically.
  • Reports and alarms can be sent to multiple recipients and phones at once.
  • The application is transparent to the user with regard to the internal management of the modem and communications.
