October 13, 2006 - Each month, ASI features a new product as their “Product of the Month”. Every product of the month is listed at an additional 10% off the already competitive online pricing. This month we featured our expanded line of circuit breakers which include UL 1077 supplemental protection, UL 489 branch circuit protection and a new DC breaker family with UL489 listing. With their high density, 13mm housing design, our circuit breaker save up to 30% of the space compared to other breakers which we believe makes our circuit breakers unique. Our UL 1077 breakers or (QZ supplemental protection) are now available in single, two and three pole versions from .5 amp to 50 amps. The QL branch circuit or UL 489 circuit breakers come in single or two pole with current ratings from .5 amps to 25 amps. And for DC applications, the new QY series are rated from 1 to 50 amps at up to 80 VDC. At 13mm wide, the DC is the thinnest DIN rail mounted breaker on the market with a UL489 listing. Many ASI customers have found that our high quality circuit breakers have been developed to withstand the harshest industrial environments. ASI also offers a wide range of accessories such as a lockout/tagout accessory which is capable of taking up to 3 padlocks on the device to insure total security and operation.
