The compact design allows for simple, economical conversion of tanks, hoppers and silos into weighing systems.Comprehensive solution for optimum weighing performanceThe GAGEMOUNT weigh module is a self-contained weighing solution that requires no external checking. The integrated check-rod resists side forces generated by internal or external sources such as mixers, blenders, wind, etc. The optional anti-uplift protection device helps prevent the tank system from tipping. All load cells are manufactured to weighing standards OIML R60 for Europe and NTEP HB44 for USA. In addition, all load cells are manufactured to Hazloc standards ATEX 95 for Europe and Factory Mutual for North America. Both the GAGEMOUNT and 0782 load cell can be used in many applications worldwide, simplifying the support of global business and service-part stocking.“The 3390 GAGEMOUNT combines comprehensive solutions on a global basis,” commented Industrial Market Manager, Mark Morris. “It has been proven world wide. Using the optional spacer plate, a load cell can be serviced by simply jacking up the vessel enough to relieve pressure off the module assembly, typically 1/16 inch.
