Prosilica Demonstrates Vision at the Vision Show East

April 25, 2006, Vancouver – Prosilica will demonstrate their GE-Series gigabit Ethernet cameras at the Vision Show East in Boston, May 9-11, 2006. Prosilica’s GE-Series are believed to be the only cameras currently shipping to customers that comply with the GigE Vision™ standard. Although GigE Vision is a brand new standard, Prosilica GE-Series cameras are already being used in applications including manufacturing inspection, print inspection, public security, undersea imaging, and aerospace. Prosilica has been shipping their GE-Series cameras to delighted customers around the globe for several months now. Industry leaders National Instruments, Matrox, Stemmer Imaging, Norpix and other major software vendors have used Prosilica’s GE-Series cameras to develop and test GigE Vision interfaces for their software products.
