SIWAREX MS MicroScale is a universal weighing module that you can use for a wide range of technical weighing applications ranging from container scales, platform scales, non-automatic scales, load measurement for continuous and discontinuous weighing, to tank level monitoring of silos hoppers and more. It provides an optimum solution for all measurement tasks involving strain gauge sensors such as load cells, force sensors or torque measurement shafts and as well as automation tasks involving a SIMATIC S7-200 controller. The compact SIWAREX MS weighing module is simply integrated into the S7-200 automation system as an expansion module, making the full functionality and flexibility of the PLC world available for weighing applications as well. Used in combination with SIMATIC S7-200 CPU you can create freely configurable, modular weighing systems with one or several scales which can be adapted to your operational requirements. This simple ready-to-run combination is an affordable solution providing quality assurance through weighing, controlling and recording. Its features include:

  • Measuring weight or force with a resolution of 65,000 parts
