Denver – February 21, 2006 – Tendril, the leader in system software for deploying wireless sensor and control networks, today announced that it has begun shipping the Tendril Service Broker v1.0 on a second low-power wireless network platform – the EmberZNet 2.0 ZigBee-compliant network stack. The Tendril Service Broker is also compliant with the EmberNet proprietary network platform and will support numerous additional network platforms in the coming months.The Tendril Service Broker is the first system software that allows organizations to fully leverage the power of wireless sensor networks that integrate different types of low-power sensors with enterprise or product computing systems.
