Wieland Expands Its Spring Clamp Terminal Blocks

BURGAW, N.C. (January 2006) – Wieland Electric Inc introduces a new WKF 35 Fasis 35mm2 DIN Rail Terminal Block for transportation, voltage distribution in switchgear, secondary in current transformers and any high current or large cable application. The WKF 35 DIN rail terminal block is the largest of Wieland’s spring clamp offerings. It can handle up to 120A and 2AWG wire size. With a current rating of 120A and a 35mm2 cross section that can accept up to a 2AWG wire, this spring clamp terminal block can safely handle most high power applications. At 120A, it has the highest UL current rating of any spring clamp terminal block its size - - only 16mm wide. Three marking tag locations provide for error free identification, and dual jumper channels allow for flexible, cost effective jumpering options. Rated voltage of 600V, rated current of 120A and rated wire range of 12-2 AWG with an overall width of 16mm. Available in both feedthrough and ground block configurations.
