Tebis America appoints David Klotz CEO

August 13, 2014 - Tebis America named David Klotz, CEO and President.  The firm is part of Tebis AG, Munich, Germany, which operates numerous locations around the world and employs approximately 350 people; the U.S. subsidiary is its largest.

Klotz will oversee sales, marketing, support and operations, and assumes profit/loss responsibilities, He’ll work to grow sales within the current install base, and expand out by promoting the brand in current markets to gain new customers.  

Klotz worked previously as sales manager for Plex Systems Inc., a cloud-based ERP software company located in Troy, MI; he began his career with Dallas Industries Inc., an engineering and manufacturing firm supplying equipment to the metal stamping and forming industry. He has been a long-standing member of the Board of Directors of the Precision Metalforming Association, and participates regularly in industry meetings and tradeshows.
