With the integration of live chat capabilities, igus customers are able to receive answers to their inquiries instantly from trained technical representatives located around the globe.

With the integration of the live chat system, igus customers are now able to receive online support for a range of questions and concerns, including pricing quotes and sample request, as well as assistance in specifying, or identifying igus components already in use. Live chat is now available on igus product pages, Monday – Friday during regular business hours.
