The Waterfall FLIP is being deployed to harden electric system substations against cyber attacks. The FLIP is a Unidirectional Security Gateway whose orientation can be controlled with a physical key, or on a schedule. The FLIP is being deployed to improve substation resilience by protecting substation relays, and is being deployed to improve overall substation security by protecting entire substation networks.

The FLIP is designed specifically to deflect even the most sophisticated of attacks, while still allowing and protecting DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, and IEC 61850 substation data flows. The North American NERC CIP V5 standards recognize the strength of unidirectional security technologies by reducing the cost of CIP programs when strong security measures in the form of unidirectional communications are used.

Join us to explore the latest in cyber-security technologies, and explore how substation owners and operators are taking advantage of stronger-than-firewall protections.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
