Zero-Max's New CD® Coupling Sizing & Selection Software Has 3D CAD Models.

Now containing 3D CAD models, this new Zero-Max software provides the ideal component recommendation for a given set of operating requirements. Software users are guided through a few easy steps at their computer to select the right Zero-Max CD coupling. They enter coupling RPM needed, peak torque, angular, axial and parallel misalignment, service factor and the shaft sizes.
The program then gives the recommended coupling model in the appropriate size, showing all operating parameters for that particular coupling. Data such as torsional and axial stiffness, moment of inertia, maximum speed, operating torque and maximum allowable angular, axial and parallel misalignment are shown along with 3D drawings.
The software is available FREE for all Zero-Max CD coupling models that are designed for cyclic applications where speed and repeatable accuracy are critical in 24/7 environments, and for Zero-Max Servo Class high misalignment servomotor couplings.
